I've never had issues with EA's service (though I've heard stories. Steam also doesn't offer refunds, and their customer service is legendarily bad. Steam is basically a social media platform at this point. It's sole purpose is to sell you games, and let you play games. I of course have both, and since I have 300 games on steam, of course I use it more. People only hate it because "lele EA bad.

The mobile game, while it was a mobile game with all the correct mechanics contained therein, it used the Dungeon Keeper IP.
